Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Octosquare, we supply scientific, laboratory, testing, measuring instruments, and related products. Due to the technical and specialized nature of these products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the product model, specifications, quantity, compatibility, and intended application before placing an order.

No Warranty

Products are supplied without any warranty or guarantee from Octosquare, unless a specific warranty is expressly stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability of the product for their intended use before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Any issue concerning damage in transit or an incorrect product supplied must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and/or videos of the package and product.

Such cases will be reviewed by Octosquare on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution, if offered, will be entirely at our discretion.

Product Suitability

Customers are advised to review all available product specifications and technical information before placing an order. Octosquare shall not be responsible for returns, refunds, replacements, or other claims arising from the customer's selection of an unsuitable product or incorrect model.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests received before processing may be considered at the sole discretion of Octosquare and are not guaranteed.
